-Donor Development: Support research and development/data driven fundraising campaigns
-Partner/Project . Pursue meaningful relationships and partnerships

-Support and nurture new members
-Attend  as many ACW events as possible.
-Maintain strong relationships with each board member
-Organize and Attend all BOD and Task Force meetings and work closely with the board
-Lead conversation around new ideas or initiatives
-Seek solutions to problems and engage in conflict resolution
-Meet frequently with the Operations Director
-Focus on ACW Sustainability  strategies.
-Write monthly article for Newsletter
-Approve Volunteer hours, help members find volunteer opportunities

*Assistant Director/Operations 
Kelly Frankenberg
-Manage Financials. Monthly Statements, Quarterly Reports, Taxes etc.
-Serve as Project Point Person for  2 events/projects  per year
-Oversight Project Managers. Review Project Proposals as needed
-Run intern search. Review Intern Apps
-Edit Newsletter Final Copy   
-Write 2 grants per year
-Attend all BOD and Task Force Meetings
-Attend  many ACW events
-Attend pitch meetings with Director
-Write monthly article for Newsletter
-Manage winter programming
-Assist director with weekly needs
-Assist with training development and other leadership tasks

PR Coordinator  Frances   Bates
-Oversee social media coordinators to make sure our presence is consistent
-Assist with branding, promotions, and other design work
-Write and send out press releases
-Email people directly to invite them to events
-Update the Media Spreadsheet as needed.
-Regularly update the calendar
-Maintain NEMAA account and post our events there
-Notify people of any event cancellations and weather conditions
-Find contacts at local newspapers and radio stations
-Gather press info about our members to be promoted through our organization
-Help run the Programming at ACW Headquarters project page
-Load all pictures into Creating Community
-Create a 6-Month Social Media Campaign to increase viewership

Fox Den Gallery Coordinator  Frances Baters
-Come up with monthly art shows/exhibitions
-Design promo for the gallery and it’s events
-Curate and hang artwork
-Maintain cleanliness of space
-Patch and paint walls as needed
-Work together with the Solar Arts Building
-Manage everything in the gallery for Art-A-Whirl
-Run the Fox Den project page
-Update the Fox Den Lowry Gallery space for events at the Flux Arts Building

*Customer Service Representative- The Welcome Wagon  Katie Palmer
Salons at HQ Customer Service Rep (Katie) welcomes prospective hosts and supports them in accessing important documents and forms.

Katie asks if potential hosts are a current member and if they have completed 6 hours of volunteer work for the current year.

If a potential host needs assistance achieving these steps she points them in the correct direction i.e. how to volunteer, where to pay membership, etc.

Creative will provide: General project management and oversight for communicating with artists and taking kiosk to events. Building relationships for project where appropriate and bringing on new artists as they apply.

 -Look into new places to host it  -Create plans with movers and host locations
-Arrive early to pack it up and get it ready for transit -Oversee transportation of the sculpture
