Welcome, artists! This is your hub for picking up materials for upcoming community art projects. Below you’ll find the schedule and details for collecting your supplies. Email liisaleart@gmail.com for your art supply needs. Please read to the end.
A quick note: To ensure we can serve everyone efficiently, we kindly ask that you adhere to the schedule outlined below.
📅 Pick-Up Schedule – Mark your calendars for the following dates for 2025:
Time: 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Days: Every 1st and 3rd Thursday of each Month
October –Â Â Â Thursday the 2nd &16thÂ
November –Â Thursday the 6th & 26thÂ
December –Â Thursday the 4th & 18th
Sign In – via email: Will be requested starting this October.
- This helps us track art supply use.
- The use of the storage space.
- Track items that have not been returned.
Emails: Below I have outlined all the information I would like to see in the email.
- Please email at least 3 to 1 days before your pickup on a scheduled day.
- I am requesting cell #’s so if there is an issue we can text one another.

Reusable Shopping Bag: A reusable shopping bag will be available for you to carry your supplies to your project location and then back to the supply storage. We ask that you use them so you can keep those supplies for ACW separate from other supplies you bring to an event.
