Approved the newest update to our website – Home page will now have four images that have hotlinks instead of the banner
We have created a checklist people can follow when they have an event at ACW Headquarters
Bryce created a great brochure for Art-A-Whirl to advertise ACW
-Make sure this gets included in the newsletter
-Frances will create a press release from this
Be sure to familiarize yourself with the new guidelines for the Treasures Gallery
Storage Room
-Liisa is planning to have days where she is in the space helping people get supplies
-Frances will come up with a fun logo for the “ACW Store-age”
We are looking for volunteers to help ACW be open on Saturdays from 1-5pm while Layl is in her studio/gallery downstairs.
ACWSalons@HQ is having lots of interest, good job Katie and Leo!
Next meet up for On Location will be happening in June
Artistic Re-Use-A-Thon
-Layl has applied for the grant to help with funding
-Let’s try handing out flyers to get interest
The next critiques for C4 will be Kelly and Barbara
If you want art in the Fox Dens during Art-A-Whirl it’s due by May 10th. Bring it to ACW Headquarters or contact Frances/Katie.
