Youll be given a keychain with 2 keys and an elevator fob that you hold up to spot in elevator, and told how to find a bathroom (on entry lobby level) if needed.

One key is for art classroom on 2nd Floor; one for room next to classroom which has an additional table & more ACW art supplies you can use if needed. Keep 2nd room locked when not getting supplies out- don’t let residents go in there. (per management)

Near End of Class: (before folks start leaving)

  1. Encourage participants to put sticker by name on wall attendance sheet- (Session prize)(usually done by the start of class, but remind those before they leave).
  2. Hand out surveys with 2 questions: (at home photograph completed surveys & send photo to Barbara Bridges )
  3. Ask if anyone willing to be photographed making art: or just their art; most will say no for various privacy reasons; or they may agree to only in-house poster use; not for internet. (there is a spot on the attendance chart for their permission). If they did not mark it’s okay, or give you verbal permission and then mark on the chart, then you should not take their photo or crop them out before you send session photos to Kelly. Kelly will assume your photo had permission and will post on our website.
  4. If you’re ever unsure about something, text, email, or call Kelly. If you need immediate help and Kelly doesn’t answer, call Barbara or Layl. Barbara: 612-845-0416 Layl: 612-201-8056
