Barbara, Layl, and Bryce have a planning document
-Try to keep keep events to once a year
-We are extra busy in April and May
Project Managers are given 95% autonomy but it is important to listen to input from Barbara, Kelly, and Layl as they may know information you don’t.
Jillian is taking on reformatting the Project Manager checklist.
Always be positive ambassadors of ACW.
Start backing up your Google Docs.
The Beacon of Light event is looking good – Photography submitted, MCAD videos are ready, Dave has musicians scheduled, and we are supporting a local business to have food.
Send in your artist info and plans for activities to Jillian for Art-A-Whirl.
Health Initiative – Free therapy sessions, from our trauma specialist Sandra Reardon. These will be offered to ACW groups like the leadership team and project managers to help with managing mental health.

-Laura is problem solving the functionality of links in the table of contents
-Make a section just for the Fox Den Gallery
Volunteering
-Upcoming events still need people to volunteer
-Flux will be open on May 9th and 10th
-Always check on volunteer hours for projects
Growing Old with the Elderly is going to do some book readings with participating artists.
Lin will write up a description for the “Branding Coordinator” position we are hoping to create.
