HQ Procedures

Initial Intake:

CSR – Salon HQ bullet point list:

  1. Receives emails and directs participants on how to navigate setting up an event in the ACW space.
  2. Confirms that participant/s have fulfilled the requirements
  3. Are they a member of ACW
  4. Do they have 6 hours of volunteer time in.
  5. Assist them if requirements are not fulfilled
  6. How to become a member
  7. How to get volunteer hours
  8. If they have the required fulfillments done
  9. Send out the contracts
  10. Send them the google form
  11. Communicate with the Salon HQ team-member

 

Scheduling:

2. Katie makes sure the host fills out the google form, signs the contract, creates an ACW article promoting their event, and gets their event on the ACW calendar with Francis.
3. You need to file the contract in the ACW folder, make sure Layl signs the contract, email the host a copy of the signed contract, set up a 30 minute orientation time and give the host a virtual link to the orientation, give the 30 minute orientation virtually at scheduled time, assign an Onsite Oversight ACW leader, and make sure that the Onsite Oversight connects with the host.
4. After the event you need to reach out to the host with a host survey, ask host to email you a list of participants and their emails, and reach out to the participants with a participant survey. Document all the steps in the spreadsheet in #1.
