FREE WORKSHOP: LOOK WITHIN AND LISTEN

Journey inward with me, Leo Fortune, author and illustrator of “¿Los árboles hablan – los escuchas? Trees Talk – Are You Listening?” to reaffirm your intentions for 2025. The world needs grounded and connected change makers who deeply listen. 

Take time out of your busy life to slow down, listen and look within. I will read my bilingual (Spanish/English) guided meditation and then we will take about 30 minutes to listen to what comes up. Participants can journal, doodle, sit, move, whatever they need to do to hear what is in their heart. Afterwards, participants will have the opportunity to share their experience in small groups and turn their inward listening outward by actively listening to the group members.
