ACW Leadership Meeting

APPROVED – Raising Kelly’s stipend as she is taking over managing ACW’s finances $1200 a month
APPROVED – To explore ways to better honor our donors (event, studio tour, etc.)
Meeting needed – Volunteer hours update
APPROVED – We motion to have 2 leadership meetings a year
APPROVED – Do another ACW retreat
Tabled – Email communications update
APPROVED – CC Barbara and Kelly on project manager communications and important emails
APPROVED – In order to participate in a project members must have applied for the call
APPROVED – Cancel the grant portal account
APPROVED – Barbara will continue to be the person coordinating volunteers

Let’s add a small stipend for opportunities to table or work an event as an ACW representative
Send in any info for the newsletter, social media, and NEMAA by the 22nd of each month
Create a committee to launch an active 6-month plan for social media

Frances is working with the Fox Den Team to create a more professional gallery experience for Fox Den to help bring in more people.

Our newsletter open rate is on par with other arts organizations. There is potential for changing how it looks to maybe increase that number.
Get board approval for working with and paying Bree so everything comes off as equitable
We are looking for a new coordinator to run Salons@HQ

The trash key for Headquarters is located on the kitchen bulletin board
