Flux Fest is looking for volunteers – Jillian put the info in the ACW newsletter
Elpis Enterprises (https://elpisenterprises.org/)
-They have offered to do headshots for ACW artists during the Flux Fest
-APPROVED partnering with them to screen print more ACW shirts. Frances said maybe if this is successful, we could do Fox Den Gallery shirts with Lin’s fox artwork.
APPROVED giving funding to a project Becca is working on we are calling Beacon of Light Up to $2,000
Please only buy beverages in metal or glass containers for ACW activities. Becca and Jillian are going to help look into food products that come in non-plastic packaging.

Dow exhibition opportunity
-APPROVED a $350 stipend for the project
-Connect with St Paul Art Collective or SPAC for advertising
ReUse-A-Thon
-Kept a literal ton of “waste” out of the landfill
-Looking for volunteer and stipend-based help to complete the project
-Left over budget will go toward more supplies for the ACW storage. Maybe connect with Wet Paint about this.
