We are on the hunt for new grant sources

>Jillian is interested in helping with writing grants

New Volunteer Hours Policy: You need 6 hours of volunteer time in a 12-month period. We now divide the year from January-June and July-December. You can roll your volunteer hours from July-December into January-June.

Storage room will now be open 1^st and 3^rd Thursday from 5-7pm

>Frances suggested that the 1^st Thursdays be open at 4:30 as NE often has events that day

Grab your pitch packets for when you are tabling or doing an event while representing ACW.

The Fox Den Gallery has an open call for artists wanting to display during the holiday.

ACWSalons@HQ have officially expanded to sometimes offer experiences at other locations

The videos from the MCAD partnership are looking amazing

Kelly and Frances will be launching a fun social media based project where members highlight other members. Temporary name is the Secret Holiday Friend project.

Jillian will be helping manage this year’s Flux Frost Fest

We will be having a party in December to celebrate the birthdays of Frances Bates (30) and Kelly Frankenberg (45). Bring a food item to share, gifts are not necessary.

Frances is taking over the Creating Community page on the website so send her any photos related to ACW.
