Intern projects

-Adam (The Democracy Machine) has been approved > Connect him to Mike/Jessica for a contact at the State Capitol.

-Zoe (Breaking Free: Songs of Resistance) has been approved

-Yasin (A Stroll Through West Africa) approved the first part of his project which is to meet and see if his idea can be something we make happen

Storage Room has new hours – 1^st and 3^rd Thursdays 5-7pm

Check out social events around you as a way to network and promote ACW.

> Approved a $50 stipend for those willing to table/represent ACW at events. Otherwise, you can use it as volunteer hours.

Check out the Fox Den Gallery for opportunities to have a solo or group exhibition!

Artistic ReUse-A-Thon

-Send us suggestions for potential instructors

-Donate art supplies for an art swap event

-We need volunteers for November 1^st event

Artists have been selected for the ACW and Schmidt Art Crawl 2025

Make sure to take out the trash and any perishables from Headquarters

Be respectful of everyone’s time and respond to emails within a timely manner

Volunteer Hours policy

MCAD partnership is helping create interest on our socials with fun videos

We will be doing another retreat!

Kelly has an idea for an art version of Secret Santa where we show support for other artists

Becca has offered to do the album cover art for one of Zoe’s projects

Project Management Training or PMT will be in December, please fill out the Doodle survey by September 7^th
