Barbara Bridges  Re-purpose, Re-cycle, Create

A tour of Barbara’s property and studios showing dozens of creative re-hab solutions.  Barbara purchased a foreclosed property for $50,000 and using imagination, but not much money, created a duplex studio/garden/living space which is functional and whimsical and is now paying taxes on over $350,000.00 dollars.
