Notes:
On Location Drawing Co-op is switching to having all communication go through their Facebook group. They will be having an exhibition in August in the Fox Den at Solar Arts.
Social media
-Use hashtags, especially #arttochangetheworld
-Rose will create a Facebook step by step
CommonBond submissions for the current call for art are due July 1st
Phakamani Picnic (September 15th from 3-7)
-Looking for volunteers
-Not an ACW event specifically but you can earn ACW volunteer hours
Stone Arch Bridge Festival was a success for all our projects (Mill City Museum installation, Mississippi River Pearl, and Trash to Treasure)
The office needs an event planner person, so we need to set up a meeting about that.
Kelly and Layl want to be part of the events committee.
