Artist Statement: I use many textures in my art, including silicone, pumice, and gels. I also add cheap whiskey to my paints.

To be an artist, I have learned to let go and dive into the realm of the inner and outer worlds. I have learned to trust in myself and in the environment around me. As an artist I feel the need and responsibility to live with the planet, to appreciate what the earth can offer.
