The group show is scheduled to have Opening Night activities during First Thursday\, May 5\, 2022 from 5:00 – 9:00 PM at the Northrup King Building third floor gallery (studio 332). SUMMARY:Dave Dvorak @ Broken Clock Brewery
DESCRIPTION:Minneapolis songwriter Dave Dvorak recently penned this tune as a tribute to the Ukrainian resistance\, along with an accompanying video. \nhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s6H3HSlApQk \nHis band Zoë Says Go performs next at Broken Clock Brewery in NE Minneapolis on May 21st. \n  \n“I wrote this song as a tribute to the surprisingly fierce and righteous resistance of the Ukrainian people as they defend their country. It seems a fitting metaphor that the physically small size of the Mona Lisa painting (2’6” x 1’9”) belies the immense power of her timelessly beguiling expression that resonates through the ages.” – David
